This is how we work with you.
Not a finished product we sell you. A shared process where we understand your company — and you understand what you're getting.
We don't believe in "buy AI and you're done."
Most companies interested in AI get offered a finished tool — a chatbot here, an automation there. That sometimes works, but often doesn't, because the tool doesn't fit the company.
We do it differently. Before building anything, we take time to understand your company: How do you work? Where does your team lose time? Which tasks repeat? Which information is hard to find?
From that understanding comes a system that fits you — not one that looks good in a demo but goes unused.
If the audit shows an AI agent brings no real value anywhere in your company, we say so — and don't build anything.
Phase 1 — Free AI Review
A no-obligation first call. We listen, understand your company, and give an initial honest assessment of whether and where an internal agent can help.
How it works:
Get to know each other
We understand what your company does, where your team works, and where time is lost.
Initial assessment
We give an honest first assessment: Is a deeper audit worth it? Or is there currently no need?
Recommendation
We recommend the next steps — or honestly advise against them if AI doesn't make sense right now.
After the call you'll know whether an Audit Report is worth it:
What you get
- ✓ Initial assessment of whether AI can help you
- ✓ Concrete questions an audit would answer
- ✓ Honest recommendation — even if it's "better not"
- ✓ No obligation, no sales pressure
After that
You decide whether to continue with the Audit Report. No pressure. "Interesting, but not right now" is fine too.
Phase 2 — Audit Report
In this phase we get to know your company — not on the surface, but in depth. We analyze your workflows, talk to the team, and review knowledge sources.
Here's what we do:
Workflow analysis
How does your team work daily? Which tasks recur, where do bottlenecks arise, where is time lost?
Conversations with the team
We talk to the people who do the work — not just management, but those who know where things get stuck.
Review knowledge sources
Where does your knowledge live? In documents, emails, systems, people's heads? What's accessible, what isn't?
Identify bottlenecks
Where in daily work would an agent save the most time? Which tasks are recurring but not trivial?
Recognize risks
Which topics need special care? Where must automation not kick in? Where are approvals needed?
At the end of the audit you receive a written report (PDF). It contains:
What you get
- ✓ Honest assessment of whether and where an agent helps
- ✓ Recommendation for the most sensible first use case
- ✓ Overview of risks and approval points
- ✓ Implementation concept with effort estimate
- ✓ — or the clear recommendation not to build right now
After that
You decide whether to continue. No pressure, no automatic extension. The report is yours — whether you build with us or not.
Phase 3 — Secure Agentic System
Based on the audit, we build your internal agent with a secure knowledge base. The agent searches your approved documents, sorts requests, creates drafts, and forwards sensitive topics — all traceably documented.
How the build works:
Design
We sketch what the agent should do, which sources it uses, and where approvals apply. You see the plan before we build.
Build
We set up the agent — with your approvals, rules, and documents. Not generic sample data, but your real content.
Test with your team
The agent doesn't go live before your team has tested it. We test together, gather feedback, and adapt.
Iterate
The first draft is rarely perfect. We change, improve, fine-tune — until the agent works in daily life.
Approval
Your team says "this works" — only then does the agent go into regular operation.
What the agent can do
The secure knowledge base enables:
-
Find knowledge
Searches approved documents and answers with sources — via RAG core, no hallucination
-
Structure requests
Sorts incoming messages by category, urgency, and missing information
-
Prepare drafts
Creates response and handoff drafts the team reviews and sends
-
Recognize sensitive topics
Flags legal or critical content and routes it to people
-
Document everything
Every step is logged and traceable
What it cannot do
- ✕ It does not automatically answer sensitive topics
- ✕ It does not replace employees
- ✕ It does not communicate directly with your customers
- ✕ It does not make autonomous decisions
What's included in operation:
Monitoring
We monitor the agent. If something is wrong, we find out — before you do.
Adjustments
New documents, changed rules, additional sources — we adapt the agent.
Development
In operation it often becomes clear where the agent could take on more. We develop it further.
Support
When something doesn't work, we're reachable. Direct contact, no ticket system.
Cancelable
Operation is cancellable monthly. If the agent doesn't deliver, you shouldn't pay.
A process, not contract text.
Internally we call it "the dance." Not a fancy metaphor — it means something concrete:
We ask questions. You answer. We think and present a proposal. You give feedback — push back, add something. We adapt. Then we agree.
That doesn't happen once. It happens throughout the entire process, again and again. We don't stop seeking your opinion just because the contract is signed.
If you want a company that sells a finished product and disappears, we're the wrong fit. If you want a partner who thinks along, asks along, and adjusts along — we fit.
Ready to find out whether an agent helps you?
The first step is the Free AI Review. 30–45 minutes in which we understand your company. At the end you'll know whether an audit is worth it — and what it should look like.
